Tech Addiction

Most technology addicts don't realize they have an addiction. The friends of these victims are the people who can help cure their problem.

Steps you can take to cure tech addiction...
  • Overcome denial
  • Allow friends and family to help
  • Have an allotted time slot of technology use per day. For example, use your phone for an hour, then put it somewhere you won't be tempted. You can use a "time bank" to help manage the use of your devices. For instance, if you allow yourself computer use for only an hour per night and you use it for only 15 minutes, you can use it for an hour and 45 minutes the next night.
